Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, jewelry, and intimates are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, email us at info@mapleandmossboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
  • Contact us at info@mapleandmossboutique.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

How to Send Back Your Item

  1. Email us to receive your return authorization and shipping instructions.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Ship your return to the address provided — we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mapleandmossboutique.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds in the form of store credit are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued.
